SAN DIEGO (May 8, 2012) Chief Mineman Roel Elizondo signs for his Transportation Incentive Program (TIP) vouchers during a quarterly voucher distribution at the Naval Base San Diego Waterfront Cafe. More than 1,000 Sailors and civilian personnel attended the two-day event. TIP provides eligible personnel with up to 125 dollars in vouchers to be used for mass transit commutes. The Naval Base San Diego TIP is one of the largest on the West Coast, with an average of nearly 80 new enrollees each month. U.S. Navy photo by MC2 Justin L. Webb

PACIFIC OCEAN (May 6, 2012) Alleged drug traffickers are arrested by Colombian naval forces in this still frame from a forward-looking infrared (FLIR) video camera from a U.S. Navy helicopter assigned to the guided-missile frigate USS McClusky (FFG 41) during interdiction operations in the eastern Pacific coastal waters of Colombia. The helicopter maintained surveillance as the Colombian navy made the arrest.

Witherspoon, along with more than 130 volunteers, burned between 400 and 700 calories during this hour-long spin bike event.
